Problema con .htaccess

Ciao, ho installato la 0.6.6 ma quando carico l'htaccess mi dà errore 404 pur dandomi correttamente i link. Dati nel mio profilo aggiornati, mod installata correttamente (controllato 2 volte) ma niente da fare.. il problema è che nella root / ho Joomla con un suo .htaccess.. ho provato di tutto, sia ha incollare il codice dell'htaccess del phpbb seo nell'access di joomla, sia a rimuovere temporaneamente quest'ultimo file, facendo le stesse cose nella root del forum ma niente da fare..

Questo .htaccess va inserito nella root. Hai detto che se lo inserisci nella root, togliendo quello di Joomla, non fuziona? Sei sicuro?

A no adesso funziona!

però ho dovuto eliminare l'.htaccess di Joomla, cosa che sinceramente vorrei evitare in quanto ho anche apportato delle modifiche a quel file

e poi non crea qualche sorta di problema? Joomla non avendo più il suo .htaccess...

non mi piace molto devo essere sincero..

Se alleghi anche l'.htaccess di Joomla, vediamo insieme come integrarli.

Mhm... qui ci sono alcune regole di riscrittura che potrebbero dare problemi.
Fai così. Vai in ACP -> phpBB SEO -> .htaccess, clicca su "Sì" alla voce "Altre opzioni" e conferma.
Ora vedrai la voce "Posizione del file .htaccess", ed impostala su "Sì".
Copia ora l'.htaccess che è stato generato e mettilo nella root di phpBB.
